Feta Cheeze (vegan)

1 package organic tofu
1 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp onion powder



1. Squeeze excess moister from tofu.  Crumble tofu and place in food processor with all other ingredients.

2. Pulse mixture until the desired texture has been achieved.
