Garlic & Herb Cheeze (vegan)

INGREDIENTS
 
11oz. cashews
4 tbsp water
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 lemon
1 garlic clove
1 handful fresh parsley or basil

DIRECTIONS

 

1. Soak cashews for 2-3 hours and rinse well. (or soak in hot water and boil for 15 min.)

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. 

 

2. Pour in lined loaf pan and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set fully.
