Smoked Gouda (vegan)

2/3 cup organic coconut oil
1 1/3 cup soy milk or nut milk
1/4 cup tapioca flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
4 tsp kappa carrageenan
2 tsp liquid hickory smoke
1 1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp onion powder



1. Gather all ingredients. 

2. Prepare forms for the finished product.

3. Melt coconut oil.  Place all other ingredients in a pan.  Add coconut oil.

4. Heat while whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.

5. Immediately pour into forms.  Have a spatula on hand to scrape the pan clean.  Silicone forms works well.  Cool overnight.  Dust with a little tapioca flour.
