Cashew Dill Dip (vegan)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Cashews

1/3 cup Freshly squeezed lemon juice

2 tbsp Agave nectar

4 tbsp of fresh dill weed or more to taste

1 tbsp Onion powder

1 tsp Sea salt

DIRECTIONS

 

1. Soak cashews for 2-3 hours and rinse well.

 

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy. Add water as needed to achieve the desired consistency. 

 

2. Stir in a little extra chopped dill weed to finish it off and enjoy!
