From Farm to Crisp
Our Crisps begin in mineral-rich organic soil. We glean, grow, and source our produce from our own farm and neighboring organic farms, keeping our roots close to home.
Our recipes celebrate what thrives locally—kale, spinach, parsley, beets, carrots, onions, and apples—with over 50% of our ingredients sourced from local organic produce.
We preserve our Crisps using the ancient practice of dehydration—low and slow for 15 hours. No chemical preservatives, just gently removing water to concentrate nutrients, flavour, and crunch in every bite.
